Godrej Global Business City

No. 'Godrej Global Business City' is a name property brokers use for a housing project that Godrej Properties Ltd plans on a 23.2-acre residential plot in the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As of 4 October 2026 the project has no UP RERA registration, and Godrej hasn't announced a project name, launch date or prices.

We searched UP RERA's full register of 3,802 projects, current to 3 October 2026. It lists five projects in Gautam Buddha Nagar district with Godrej Properties Ltd itself as promoter, plus Godrej-branded projects registered by partner companies; none of them is in the DMIC township. Godrej's own website lists Godrej Golf Links and Crown Residences at Godrej Golf Links as its Greater Noida projects, and nothing in the DMIC township. 'Godrej DMIC Greater Noida' and 'Godrej DMIC Township' are other broker labels for the same plot.

Only the land deal. In a press release dated 1 June 2026, Godrej said it won the 23.2-acre (93,905 sq m) residential parcel through an e-auction run by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd. It plans a residential group housing project and puts the revenue potential at over Rs 7,000 crore, a figure it says rests on current business assumptions.

Godrej's results presentation for April-June 2026, filed with the stock exchanges on 4 August 2026, lists 'Greater Noida DMIC' as a 100%-owned group housing project with about 5.78 million sq ft of estimated saleable area. The same filing shows none of that area launched or sold by 30 June 2026. Neither document gives towers, flat sizes or a timetable, and Godrej hasn't disclosed the price it paid for the land.

The township itself is industrial, but Godrej's plot is zoned for housing. The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation describes the Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida as a 747-acre Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor project south-east of Greater Noida, next to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and the Delhi-Howrah railway line, about 11 km from Pari Chowk, with white goods and electronics among its focus sectors. Godrej puts the township at 750 acres.

Godrej's release calls its parcel a 'residential land parcel' and the planned project 'residential apartments of varied configurations', so this page treats it as a housing project, not an office or industrial development. The words 'Global Business City' don't appear in any Godrej announcement we found. The township company's website carries a 2 September 2026 notice about a further e-auction scheme for residential group housing plots (GH-2026-02).

Wait for the UP RERA registration and read it: the promoter company, the plot number, the land area, the number of towers and units, the carpet areas and the declared completion date. Check that the promoter named there is Godrej Properties or a Godrej company, and that the project appears on godrejproperties.com.

Prices, BHK mixes and possession timelines now circulating on broker websites don't come from Godrej or from any filing, so we haven't used them. Until registration, any 'pre-launch' payment sits outside RERA's protections.
