What we collect
Contact details you submit through lead forms (name, phone, email, city, budget), usage analytics (pages visited, device type), and communication history with our advisory desk. We do not collect financial account details through this website.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, provide advisory services, personalise research recommendations and improve the platform. We contact you only about your enquiry and, with consent, relevant market updates.
What we never do
We never sell your data to builders, brokers or lead aggregators. Your enquiry about a project is not forwarded to that project's developer without your explicit consent.
Your city, dashboard and page views
If you choose a city, we store that choice in a cookie (pn_city) so pages can show your city first. The locations, projects and searches you follow on the Dashboard are stored only in your own browser, not on our servers; clearing your browser data removes them. To show the most-viewed localities, we count page views per locality and project each day as anonymous totals — no IP address, cookie or identifier is stored with the count.
Data retention & rights
Lead data is retained for 24 months of inactivity, then deleted. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at privacy@propertynivesh.in and we will act within 30 days, in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023.
