Gaurs Group's official website doesn't list it either. The Yamuna Expressway projects it does show are Gaurs Runway Suites, The Hub, Gaur Aero Suites, Aerocity, KrishnVilas, Gaur Chrysalis and Gaur Alaris, besides the Gaur Yamuna City township itself.
The name circulates on property-broker websites as 'Code Name: Bento', also written Gaur Bento or Gaurs Studio Bento, and is usually described as twin towers of furnished studio apartments inside Gaur Yamuna City on the Yamuna Expressway. Without a registration there's no official record of its land, towers, unit count, sizes, price or completion date, so we don't repeat the figures brokers quote.
Is UPRERAPRJ351477 the RERA number for Gaurs Bento?
No. Some listings attach UPRERAPRJ351477 to Bento, but on UP RERA that number belongs to Gaurs Runway Suites - Master Plan Commercial (Gaur Yamuna City), promoted by Gaursons Realtech Private Limited and registered on 18 March 2019. It covers plot MPC-01 in Pocket 3 of the township, measuring 10,980 sq m, and its unit table stops at the 15th floor, with studios of 27 sq m carpet. Gaurs' own Runway Suites page cites the same number for its 460 sq ft studios.
The quarterly reports filed under that registration have shown the project as 100% complete since the October to December 2025 quarter. A new pair of towers would need a registration of its own.
What is already registered in Gaur Yamuna City?
Gaur Yamuna City is Gaurs' township on the Yamuna Expressway, which the company puts at 101 hectares, or 250 acres, with its commercial pocket in Sector 19 of the YEIDA area. Its registered commercial phases include Gaurs Runway Suites and Master Plan Commercial - Gaur Yamuna City (UPRERAPRJ342117), the number Gaurs uses for Gaur Aero Suites and Aerocity. The group's newest UP RERA registration is Gaur Alaris (Phase 1), UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026, a Sector 22D project registered on 28 July 2026.
What should buyers check before paying for Gaurs Bento?
