What is Conscient's Sector 63A project?
Conscient's Sector 63A project is a planned housing development on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 63A, Gurugram, Haryana, by Elevate Homes, the residential platform set up by Conscient Infrastructure and the US investment and development firm Hines. Elevate Homes says the site covers 10.5 acres, with about 2 million sq ft of saleable area and more than 600 three- and four-bedroom homes in two phases. As of 3 October 2026 the project has no published name and no HRERA registration.
The Economic Times reported the agreement on 1 September 2026, putting the project cost at about Rs 4,000 crore and the revenue potential at about Rs 9,000 crore. It is Elevate Homes' third project, after two under way in Gurugram and Delhi.
Is the Conscient Sector 63A project RERA registered?
No. HRERA Gurugram's registered-projects list, checked on 3 October 2026, has no Sector 63A project from Conscient Infrastructure, Elevate Homes or Hines; its latest entry is dated 14 September 2026. Conscient's registered project on this corridor is Elevate Reserve in Sector 62.

Where in Sector 63A is it, and what else is being built there?
Elevate Homes places the site in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road but hasn't published the plot, revenue village or licence number. Several neighbours are already on the HRERA register: Sobha Crescent Phase 1, registered on 3 April 2026, Godrej Verano on 11 August 2026 and Anant Raj's The Estate One on 20 August 2026, along with TARC Ishva, registered in September 2024.
What should buyers check before paying an expression of interest?
Wait for the HRERA certificate, then check that the project name, promoter and land on it match what is being sold. Elevate Homes describes itself as a development-management platform serving landowners and developers, so the company registered as promoter may be a landowning entity rather than Conscient Infrastructure; the registration will show which.
Marketing names now in use, such as Conscient Hines Elevate 3.0, are not the developer's. Until registration, unit sizes, prices, payment plans and possession dates are unconfirmed.

There isn't one yet. Elevate Homes, the Hines and Conscient platform developing it, has not published a project name, master plan or unit configurations, and none appears on HRERA Gurugram's register as of 3 October 2026. Names such as Conscient Hines Elevate 3.0, seen in broker advertising, have not been confirmed by the developer.
Is Conscient Sector 63A RERA registered? ＋
No. As of 3 October 2026 HRERA Gurugram lists no Sector 63A project from Conscient Infrastructure, Elevate Homes or Hines, and no application from them appears among those visible on the portal up to 30 September 2026. Under Section 3 of the RERA Act, a promoter may not advertise, book or sell units before registration.
