YEIDA approvals: What It Means for Buyers and Investors near Noida Airport

What happened?

Hindustan Times reported that Yeida approved a multi-modal logistics park in the Tappal-Bajna area and is moving ahead with a large industrial node in the airport influence zone. The authority said the logistics park land will be offered to eligible investors through e-auction.

According to the report, Yeida is also preparing an industrial node of around 8,000 hectares on the southern side of Noida International Airport. Officials said the plan is still at the master-plan stage, as the authority is in the process of hiring a consultant.

The same board meeting also reviewed industrial plot allotments, civic fund rules, and receipts. MagicBricks reported separate group housing and hotel plot schemes near the airport, showing that Yeida is pushing both industrial and non-industrial land use in the same corridor.
