Our file records the Sohna Elevated Corridor as opened in 2022, turning what used to be a weekend drive into a commute of about 25 minutes. You can see it in the numbers. Sohna rose 25% in 2022 and almost 24% in 2023, its two best years. After that the effect faded, to 13% and then 6.5%, the smallest 2025 gain of the six Gurgaon localities we cover.
The lesson is the same one the Dwarka Expressway taught: a road is priced in while it is being finished and shortly after it opens. What comes next has to be driven by something else. For Sohna, the candidates on our upcoming list are fuller integration with the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway and an expansion of IMT Sohna. Both would add demand. Neither has a date in our data.
Over the full five years, Sohna rose about 110%. That is a respectable doubling, but it trails New Gurgaon’s 129% and SPR’s 150% by a wide margin, which is why the price gap to the rest of the city has grown.
