A finished plotted estate: its Completion Certificate reached UP-RERA in Jan 2026, less than three weeks after the declared date, and no complaints are on record. Two things hold us back. The only price seen is a single portal ask of about ₹1.25 lakh per sq yd, and the RERA promoter is Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd, not an ACE-named company.
