Is Experion Cascades RERA registered?
No. As of 3 October 2026, no project called Experion Cascades, and no Experion project of any name in Sector 88A, Gurugram, is on HRERA Gurugram's registered-projects list, which is current to 14 September 2026, or among the applications in its online project search. Experion's latest Gurugram registrations on that list are Windchants Phase C (October 2024), One42 Golf Course Road (December 2024) and The Trillion (February 2025).
Cascades is the name property brokers use for an Experion high-rise they place in Sector 88A. Experion Developers hasn't published it, so there's no official record yet of towers, homes, prices or a completion date.
What has Experion confirmed about Sector 88A?
The land. Business Standard reported on 5 July 2024 that Experion Developers had bought a 7.81-acre plot in Sector 88A outright for about ₹400 crore, for a project with roughly 3 million sq ft of built-up area. HRERA's records place other registered projects in the sector within the revenue estate of Harsaru village.
Experion's website, which the company says is its only official one, covers projects in Gurugram's Sectors 42, 48, 108 and 112 and in Noida, Amritsar and Lucknow, but nothing in Sector 88A. ICRA's October 2025 rating note mentioned about 6.3 million sq ft of residential launches planned across five projects in Gurugram and Noida over 12 to 24 months, without naming them.
Why the Cascades figures in circulation can't be relied on
Broker pages give different land areas, tower counts, unit totals, apartment sizes, prices and possession dates for the same project, and one even puts it in a different sector. None of it is sourced to Experion or HRERA, so this page leaves those numbers out.
What should buyers check before paying for Experion Cascades?
Section 3 of the RERA Act forbids advertising, booking or selling units in a project until it is registered. Experion's own site states that every relevant phase of its projects is registered with the applicable RERA authority, so a genuine Experion launch in Sector 88A should carry an HRERA number.
Before handing over a booking amount or an 'expression of interest' cheque, search haryanarera.gov.in for Experion Developers Pvt Ltd in Sector 88A and confirm the project on experion.co. Payments made before registration fall outside RERA's escrow and refund protections. We'll update this page once the project is registered.

No. As of 3 October 2026, HRERA Gurugram's register, current to registrations dated 14 September 2026, and its online project search show no project called Experion Cascades and no Experion project in Sector 88A. Experion's most recent Gurugram registration on the list is The Trillion in Sector 48, dated February 2025.

Brokers place it in Sector 88A, Gurugram. That fits the one verified fact: Business Standard reported on 5 July 2024 that Experion Developers bought a 7.81-acre plot in Sector 88A for about ₹400 crore, for a project of roughly 3 million sq ft. Experion hasn't named or detailed the project itself.
Has Experion launched Cascades? ＋
Not officially. The residential listing on experion.co shows Saatori, The Trillion, Elements, Windchants, Windchants Nova, Virsa, The Westerlies, The Heartsong and Experion Capital, and the site also has a page for One42 on Golf Course Road, but no Cascades or Sector 88A project. Experion calls experion.co its only official website.
What is the price of Experion Cascades? ＋
There is no official price. Experion hasn't announced the project, and the per-square-foot rates, starting prices and possession dates on broker websites differ from one another and can't be verified. This page will publish prices only after Experion releases them for a project registered with HRERA Gurugram.
Can I book Experion Cascades through an EOI? ＋
Brokers may ask for one, but the money wouldn't have RERA protection. Section 3 of the RERA Act bars a promoter from advertising, booking or selling units before the project is registered, so an expression-of-interest payment for an unregistered project sits outside RERA's escrow and refund safeguards. Wait until an HRERA registration number is published and verified.
