Nimbus Projects Ltd (incorporated Oct 1993) is a listed Noida and Greater Noida developer led by Bipin Agarwal; its “IITL-Nimbus” joint ventures trace to his 2007–08 acquisition of Industrial Investment Trust Ltd.
