| Litigation | Land: YEIDA cancelled JAL’s ~1,000 ha Sports City allotment on 12 Feb 2020 over unpaid dues (YEIDA claims ~₹3,621 Cr; JAL says ~₹1,483 Cr). The Allahabad HC upheld the cancellation on 10 Mar 2025 and made YEIDA responsible for completing JAL’s unfinished housing on stage-based deadlines. JAL filed an SLP in the Supreme Court in Apr 2025, reported still pending in 2026; no verdict found. Insolvency: NCLT admitted JAL to CIRP on 3 Jun 2024 (ICICI Bank / SBI). The CoC approved Adani Enterprises’ ₹14,535 Cr plan on 19 Nov 2025, NCLT approved it on 17 Mar 2026 and NCLAT dismissed Vedanta’s challenge on 4 May 2026; Adani has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court. JAL was delisted on 18 Jun 2026 with nothing paid to shareholders. Reports say the Adani plan does not by itself settle the land cancellation. | Not disclosed |
