The name is used by property brokers who have been marketing a Hero-branded plotted township near Vrindavan. Until the developer announces it and UP RERA registers it, there is no official record of its size, layout, price or timeline.
What has Hero Realty actually announced?
Hero Realty, the real-estate arm of the Hero Enterprise group, lists its projects in Gurugram, Sonipat, Mohali, Ludhiana and Haridwar on herohomes.in. Its plotted developments there are in Sonipat, Gurugram and Haridwar.
Its only announced project in Uttar Pradesh is a housing project in Greater Noida. Recent coverage of the company's land deals and approvals, including an Economic Times report in September 2026, doesn't mention Vrindavan or Mathura.
Why the details in circulation can't be relied on
Broker websites and videos describe the project differently from one another: the land area, the plot sizes, the starting price and even whether bookings are open all vary between them. One channel-partner site calls it RERA-approved, which the UP RERA register contradicts; another describes the offer as an expression of interest only.
We don't publish any of those figures. They can't be traced to the developer or the regulator, and they don't agree.
What should buyers do before paying anything?
Wait for a UP RERA registration number, then check it on up-rera.in: the promoter's name, the registered land, the layout approval and the completion date should all appear there. Confirm on herohomes.in that the project is Hero Realty's own and not a third party using the brand.
Under the RERA Act, a promoter can't advertise, market, book or sell plots in an unregistered project of this size. Any deposit taken before registration, however it's described, sits outside RERA's protections such as the escrow requirement. We'll update this page when the project is registered.
