DLF Gardencity Enclave is a DLF Limited development in Sector 93, Gurugram (Village Hayatpur, Sub-Tehsil Harsaru). It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as an affordable plotted colony under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY-2016) on 26.91875 acres under DTCP licence no. 94 of 2021, with 367 residential plots and one commercial block. It is a separate project from DLF Gardencity in Sectors 91 and 92.
Independent floors
DLF has registered two independent-floor projects on plots within the colony: Independent Floors at DLF Gardencity Enclave (RERA-GRG-1060-2022), with 388 units on 97 plots, and Phase 2 (RERA-GRG-1223-2022), with 544 units on 136 plots. Together they add up to 932 floor units. The HRERA filings list carpet areas between about 69 and 84 sq m per floor.
Status and timeline
The plotted-colony registration (RERA-GRG-1008-2022) was granted on 11 April 2022. HRERA continued it on 28 March 2025 until 30 October 2028. DTCP Haryana granted a part completion certificate for development works over 7.901 acres on 12 June 2024. DLF's environmental compliance report for October 2024 to March 2025 describes the project as being in its construction phase. The Phase 1 floors registration runs to 19 August 2027 and the Phase 2 floors registration to 30 October 2028.
