Sambhal Road Plan: What It Means for Buyers Near Kalki Dham

What happened?

MagicBricks reported that Sambhal is getting a proposed road link of 39.5 km that will connect the Khirni Interchange on the Ganga Expressway with Shri Kalki Dham. The route is planned in phases, not as one single construction package, and the first stage is meant to cover the stretch from the interchange through Vansh Gopal towards Hasanpur Road.

According to MagicBricks, the estimate for a 15-km portion on the Hasanpur side has been sent for review by the Expenditure Finance Committee. The reported estimate for this section is about ₹140 crore, but final approval and funding are still pending. MagicBricks also reported that PWD has already done traffic surveys and used earlier survey data while shaping the design and cost assumptions.
